Bettering the breed
All of our litter’s here at Windigo Cane Corso, are planned out well in advance with proper health and temperament testing completed and with specific goals in mind Bettering the Breed!. All of our breeding stock will be OFA health tested. We will register all of our Litters with the American Kennel Club (AKC). Along with International Cane Corso Federation Registry, LLC (ICCF). After the litter is born tails will be docked and dew Claws Will be removed, we will ensure appropriate veterinary care, vaccination, and deworming for all Our puppies. All puppies will go home with a puppy packet that included Vet clearance for health, and all vet care the pups have received along with Microchip information.

We are breeders of the Cane Corso, We are based out of Southern Ohio. Our goal is bettering the breed. We truly love this breed, we are trying to do everything possible to make sure that when we we produce puppies they are of a healthy and stable temperament and match as close to the breed standard set. Which means health testing before breeding, and choosing a excellent temperament of Both Potential parents before breeding.Our Corso’s are not going to be our “cash cows”, they will never stay outside in a kennel or only be out and about when people come over to see them before picking up a pup. Our Corso’s are a Huge part of our family and get treated with the upmost respect because they are Our guardians. We couldn’t imagine life without them.We want any potential owner of one of our pups to know that when cash and Athena do have a litter and you do purchase a puppy from us you are now an extended part of our family. We will be here when you need us and we will do our absolute best to help you in anyway that we possibly can from any questions you have, training help you may need, food advice. Or just to share updates on your new family member we are here when ever you need us.

This Handsome young Cane Corso Stud, is Cash he is Very Mellow but will switch to Work mode, he is Very Loving, Loyal, He has Passed his OFA health testing. Hip’s- Excellent Elbow’s Normal, Embark Genetically clear plus Breed Specific genetic issues NCL1, (DSRA) Included, and Normal Cardiac results. All health testing is public on OFA if you search his registered name.
He WILL also be available for Stud to approved females only, feel free to contact us if you’d be interested in using him in your program. fresh,chilled, or frozen semen will be available for shipping to Your Vets Office for AI.
Breeding Right’s
Full registration (Breeding right’s) is a privilege and can be Earned By the Buyer if the buyer is going to do conformation events, and starts health testing, Genetics can be done at any time, PennHip can be done as early as 16wks or OFA can be done For Hips & Elbow’s OFA requires 24 months of age, and we will gladly Revoke The limited registration and issue full if proof is sent back to Us that Health testing has Been done Genetics, Hips and Elbow’s are a minimum requirement to get breeding right’s. If the buyer agrees to pay for the limited Registration to be revoked (we are unsure how much AKC will charge us) and agrees to sign a New Contract for the Full registration (Breeding rights). We can revoke and Issue Full Registration.
Stud Fee
Our Stud Fee is $2,500 (USD)
Requirements for female:
•Must be 24 months of Age
•Have the same health testing with passing scores/Genetic clearances
•Brucellosis negative test
•Stable temperament and not be fearful or Aggressive,
•Be of the correct accepted Breed Standard Coat Color’s.
•Be Registered with a reputable registry.
•Natural or AI will be available to select females ONLY.
*Female owner is responsible for cost for collection and shipping by the vet if AI is selected for Service payed directly to the Vet.

Price
Price shouldn’t be all you’re after with a pup, you should be interested in the Health testing of the Parents. Corso’s that don’t have epilepsy or seizures, DSRA, or aggression issues. Pups that will have a contract with Health guarantee. Our price for a pup regardless of Sex or Color is $2,500 USD. $500 of that is a NonRefundable deposit to reserve your pup with a Deposit contract deposits are Only taken when the litter is born and in the order of clients on Our Waitlist. Deposits contracts will be given upon deposits being placed.
